Epicurium - Musée vivant des Fruits & Légumes

A project managed by the European Pole for Fruits and Vegetable Innovation. Epicurium is a true "living museum", a wonderful place to learn and to play, a space entirely deovted to fruits and vegetables, whose story is told from the seed to the plate. There are several steps to the exhibit - first one sees the fruits and vegetables of the season, with images from all the continents... What is a fruit, what is a vegetable, the nutritional value, the culinary uses, the industrial processes, varietal diversity, growth and harvest. Then there is the vegetable garden, and the orchard. A place to discover vegetable varieties and fruit trees - also great for relaxing and resting. Epicurium will also be offering annual programs of workshops and manual activities for all ages, led by gardeners, chefs... Conferences, meeting with the growers...Hours:End of March to late October.
Monday to Friday: 10am-12ham / 2pm-6.30pm.
Saturday and Sunday: 2pm-6.30pm.
